Shipping

• Once processed, your order will ship within 3 to 8 business days.
• At this time we can only ship to the US; however, we are working on shipping to Canada and Europe.
• Shipping rates are subject to change at any time depending on UPS and USPS rates and fees.

Returns

• SALE & CLEARANCE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• We offer free return shipping for store credit and exchanged items; shipping label will be provided if this is the determined route by customer and Phoenix+Flora boutique. 
• Free shipping does not apply for returned & refunded items.
• Our flat shipping rate is applied to all return items once processed.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags all still attached.
• Once the item is received, exchanged item will be sent, refunds will be credited, or store credit applied.
• Store credit does not expire.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit.
